This sponsorship provides participants with something to carry distributed literature and materials in, while leaving them with something to remember you by. Each participant will receive this exclusive, give-away bag at Conference registration. Choose the Souvenir Bags option during online registration.

The bag must be made of cloth, plastic, Mylar, or Nylon and made to hold up for the length of the Conference. No paper bags allowed. The Sponsor is responsible for production costs of the bags as well as for the cost of the sponsor and for providing a number of bags in advance. Conference Management will inform the sponsor of the number needed. A sample copy of the bag must be approved and Conference Management reserves the right to place limits on the size, design and number of bags distributed.

This exclusive sponsorship will supply name badge insert holders and lanyards for FGTC. You will find this listed under the sponsorship choices online.

The name badge holder must be made of a clear plastic or vinyl material that will not discolor or curl and accommodate 3" x 4" name badge stock. Any border on the holder must not cover text on the name badge when it is inserted. The lanyard must have a fastener that will keep the name badge holder in place at all times. Samples of both the name badge holder and the lanyard must be approved in advance. Conference Management reserves the right to place limits on the size, design and number to be distributed. This sponsor is responsible for all costs in procuring the name badge holders and the lanyards as well as for the cost of the sponsorship, and must provide the designated number of both name badge holders and lanyards in advance to Conference Management.
