The goal of our State of Florida CIO Meet-N-Greet is to match up vendors and State of Florida CIOs when either one or both are interested in meeting the other. The CIOs will be escorted throughout the FGTC Exhibit Hall to meet with vendors. Meet-N-Greet schedules will be set up throughout the conference. Vendors with booth space in the Exhibit Hall are eligible to participate and must use the sign-up form linked below.

FGTC and Sun Microsystems are pleased to introduce Scott McNealy as our featured keynote speaker on Tuesday, Sept. 23 from 9:00am to 10:15am in the Keynote Hall.

Scott McNealy, 52, is chairman of the board of directors of Sun Microsystems, a company he co-founded in 1982 and chairman of Sun Federal Inc. From 1984 to 2006, McNealy served as chief executive officer and chairman at Sun, steering the Company to constant innovation in open, network computing.

As part of this year's event, we are introducing the 1st Annual FGTC Golf Outing as a fun and casual way to bring vendors and participants together before the conference kicks into high gear.

The golf outing will be held on Sunday, September 21 at Seminole Golf Course. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. and tee-times start at 12:30 p.m. This will be a "scramble" format and the foursomes will be drawn from a hat with similar handicaps together.
