The Vendor Sponsored Sessions are an integral part of the educational component of FGTC. Select this option when registering and a Conference Coordinator will contact you for further details. Once you have registered as a session sponsor, you should fill out the Speaker Registration Form and submit the details requested.

Sponsoring parties select the topics and speakers for their presentations and are reviewed by Conference Management for their educational value. These are not to be used for promotional purposes. These sessions are held concurrently with other vendor sponsored sessions and the Exhibit Hall, but will not conflict with other planned functions.

Each room is set-up theater style and the sessions may run from 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on where you are placed in the program schedule. Rooms assigned are the same price regardless of room capacity. Sponsoring parties are responsible for telephone or Internet hook-up, audio-visual equipment and set-up, including any hand outs. Catering service is not available for these sessions.

Sponsoring companies, session descriptions and presenter name(s) will be published on the FGTC Website and the Conference Program for all vendors who supply this information in a timely manner. Placement in the Conference Program cannot be guaranteed if details are not received by a specified deadline.

Sponsorships will be offered to help defray the costs associated with bringing in high profile presentations or speakers, chosen by the Conference Advisory Board and Conference Management. Vendors who offset the expenses for these individuals will be recognized as Sponsors.
